I will even wager one of my shares in JD. Com ( a Chinese MNC) that most Chinese are not even bothered to see, if India is “lagging” behind them.
Nemawashi: Small incremental improvements, that make your daily experiences better in whatever “Ecosystem”, you have to interact with.

Look at each individual Eco-system within your immediate environs, that works in your land, in your local Area and if you are not discomfited, then all is fine. “Experience” is the key here.

So no harm for Indians to “copy” the technology obtained by sweat and tears and expense of billions of dollars or rubles over decades by the big Two.
